About Chris
Chris Ball is a neural rehabilitation therapist who helps people recover from injury, move without pain and get back to the things they enjoy. From everyday aches and long-standing injuries to recovery after surgery and return to elite sport, his work focuses on finding the root cause and restoring the connection between nerve and muscle.
Chris grew up in Wiltshire and his interest in how the body moves began early, through years of competitive gymnastics competing at a national level. He went on to focus on human physiology and movement patterns while competing internationally as a track and latterly road cyclist, triathlete and iornman, and has since spent more than 25 years helping people improve how their whole body moves and performs. Away from his clinics, Chris still loves sport, both watching his sons play and taking part, particularly tennis, cricket and cycling.
