Custom Sports Therapy to Enhance Neural and Movement Function
Whether you're living with a niggle that won't go away, recovering from surgery or getting back to sport after an injury, every programme starts with a full assessment and is built around you.

Movement Assessment
Analysing biomechanics to enhance sports-specific movement patterns. Using video gait analysis and a full mechanical assessment, Chris looks at how you walk, stand and move to find the real cause of pain, stiffness or repeated injury.

Neural Rehabilitation
Restoring the signal between the body and the brain after injury, surgery or trauma. Pain and injury can leave muscles switched off or firing out of sequence. Chris uses neural manipulation, fascial unwinding and Sigma Technology to restore that connection, so muscles and joints work together properly again. Treating the root cause, not just the symptoms, lowers the risk of the injury happening again.

Pre- and Post-Surgery Rehabilitation
Prehabilitation to prepare the body for surgery and reduce post-surgery recovery times. Preparing the body before an operation and rebuilding it afterwards can make a real difference to recovery. Chris works on joint alignment, muscle activation and nerve function to support a strong, long-term recovery, and gets you back to everyday life, work or sport safely and as quickly as possible.

Sports Performance and Nerve Rebalancing
Asymmetrical movement or trauma can leave your nerves out of balance, which leads to poor performance and a higher risk of injury. Using Sigma Technology and movement, Chris rebalances these nerves. For athletes at every level, from runners and club players to anyone who wants to stay active, Chris helps you move more efficiently, reduce injury risk and maximise performance, so you can keep doing what you enjoy.
What happens in an assessment
Step 1 – Assess: A thorough assessment of how you move and any previous injuries or operations, plus an understanding of your history and your goals.
Step 2 – Identify: Testing range of movement in your joints, muscles and nerves to find the root cause.
Step 3 – Treat: Hands-on treatment, nerve activation and a tailored plan for recovery.
Step 4 – Recover: A guided return to everyday activity or sport, with a plan to help stop the problem coming back.
Conditions Chris treats
Chris treats the whole body, from head to toe, including:
- Foot and heel pain, including plantar fasciitis and Morton's neuroma
- Knee pain, including ACL, MCL and PCL injuries
- Iliotibial band (ITB) pain
- Hip pain, bursitis and impingement
- Lower back pain and disc problems
- Ankle instability and repeated sprains
- Hamstring injuries
- Stress fractures
- Recovery after surgery, trauma or accident
For athletes and clubs
Chris also works with elite athletes and sports clubs on injury prevention and return to play, and has supported professional footballers, cricketers, cyclists and boxers. If you're a coach, club or medical team, get in touch to talk about how he can support your players.
Sigma Technology

Developed by Professor Roberto Ciaff to overcome the limitations of traditional EMS, Sigma Technology works with the body rather than simply forcing muscles to contract. It uses variable-frequency signals that mirror how the brain talks to muscles through the nervous system.
Pain, injury or asymmetrical movement can disrupt this communication, causing muscles to switch off and the body to compensate. Sigma's patented frequency targets motor neurons deep in the tissue to restore that signalling, without overstimulating the sensory system. For athletes and clubs, this helps to:
- Reactivate inhibited or underperforming muscles
- Reduce compensatory movement patterns
- Support faster recovery and relieve pain
- Improve control, symmetry and performance
